Meyer BagYour Meyer Natural Angus order is shipped with the utmost of care to ensure it arrives at your doorstep in exactly the same condition as it left ours. We carefully place all products inside a thermal-insulated zippered bag, with enough dry ice to ensure unparalleled coldness, pack it inside a reusable Styrofoam shipping container, and ship it to you via Federal Express. We know that you or the person you are gifting will enjoy reusing our high-quality thermal bag on your next trip to the local market.

What are your shipping methods?
We ship all of our products via Federal Express. At checkout you will be allowed to choose from available FedEx shipping options (Ground, 2-Day Air, Next-Day Air).

How will my order be packed?
Our meat is shipped frozen, in vacuum-sealed packages. Your order will be hand-packed in a thermal insulated bag and then inside a Styrofoam cooler with dry ice. Our products are packed to arrive frozen upon delivery to your destination.

What days do you deliver?
We ship your products on the first available shipping day (Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday) after you place your order to allow ample time for your products to be delivered frozen. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a FedEx package tracking number. Delivery date will depend upon your location and the delivery method chosen during checkout.

* Occasionally, orders are shipped on Thursday. If you have specific questions about shipping or delivery dates, please call our customer service center at 1-888-990-BEEF (2333).

How do I track the shipment of an order?
When we ship your order, we send you an automatically generated email including your tracking number. Go to FedEx.com to track the progress of your package.

You can also call our customer service center toll-free at 1-888-990-BEEF (2333) and a representative will be happy to look up your tracking number, inform you of your package's progress, and update your account information for you if you wish.

I won't be home when FedEx delivers. Will they leave the package?
We keep a signature waiver on file with FedEx so that they will always leave your package at your shipping address, even if someone is not home to sign for it. This ensures that FedEx does not "hold" your perishable meat products. Our products are packed with enough dry ice to last an additional 24 hours of transit time over standard shipping times.

If you know ahead of time that you won't be home to receive the package and/or you have special instructions for FedEx (such as "leave by garage door" or "leave on side porch") please include those instructions in the "Order Comments" portion of the Checkout screen.
